Supplier rates
Supplying to Plantion involves certain costs. The main rates are set annually during the General Members’ Meeting of the cooperative. This ensures that costs remain transparent, well-founded and aligned with the interests of our members.

We encourage our suppliers to adopt environmentally friendly cultivation practices, with a strong focus on soil health, water use and reducing the use of crop protection products. In addition, we guide and support them on their journey towards certification.

When supplying products to Plantion, it is important to submit your supply information correctly, both for auction clock trading and for brokerage. This is done via Floriday. Product specifications and codes can be found on the website of the Association of Dutch Flower Auctions.

Yes, you can sell your flowers and plants online through Plantion’s various digital sales channels. Plantion offers, among others, Clock Presales (KVV) and an extensive webshop where you can offer your products directly to buyers.

Products can be delivered on auction days until 04:00 at the latest. To prevent peak times and waiting periods, Plantion uses time slots. Through the web portal, you or your transporter can reserve a specific time slot for unloading the products.This staggered delivery system allows Plantion to prepare your products more efficiently and with greater care for auction.
